Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by White Sky Travel & Tourism LLC (“White Sky Travel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a licensed travel agency registered in the UAE, operating from Room 202, Royal Class Building, Dubai Investment Park 1, Dubai, UAE.

By engaging any of our services — whether in person, by telephone, via WhatsApp, or through our website — you (“the Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or service request.

White Sky Travel reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version published on our website at the time of your booking shall apply to your transaction.

Part One · General Provisions
01

General Terms

White Sky Travel & Tourism LLC is a licensed travel agency operating under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Our services include, but are not limited to, flight bookings, hotel reservations, UAE tourist and transit visa processing, tour packages (inbound and outbound), UAE attraction tickets, travel insurance, and visa change services.

  • These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and White Sky Travel & Tourism LLC upon confirmation of any booking or service.
  • White Sky Travel acts as an intermediary agent between the customer and service providers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities, tour operators, insurance underwriters). We are not the direct provider of transportation, accommodation, or immigration decisions.
  • All communications, quotations, and bookings are subject to these Terms, regardless of the channel through which they are made (website, WhatsApp, telephone, email, or in-person).
  • White Sky Travel’s operating hours are daily, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (UAE time), 7 days a week. Enquiries outside these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made through White Sky Travel are subject to availability and the terms of the relevant service provider at the time of booking.

  • A booking is only considered confirmed once full payment has been received and a written confirmation (receipt, e-ticket, voucher, or booking reference) has been issued by White Sky Travel.
  • The customer is solely responsible for verifying all details — including names, dates, flight numbers, hotel names, visa types, and destinations — both at the time of booking and upon receipt of confirmation documents.
  • Any discrepancy must be reported to White Sky Travel immediately and no later than 24 hours of receiving confirmation. White Sky Travel will not be liable for losses arising from errors not reported within this period.
  • Quotations and price estimates provided verbally or in writing are valid only for the time specified and are subject to change based on availability, airline pricing, and supplier policies.
  • White Sky Travel reserves the right to decline any booking request at its sole discretion.
  • Where a booking is made on behalf of multiple travellers, the person making the booking accepts these Terms on behalf of all travellers in the group.

Payment Terms

White Sky Travel accepts payment through the following approved methods. All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Tabby — Split your payment into monthly instalments of up to 12 months, subject to Tabby’s approval and terms.
  • Tamara — Flexible, extendable payment terms, subject to Tamara’s approval and terms.
  • UAE Credit Card — EMI options available for up to 12 months through participating UAE banks.
  • UAE Debit Card — Full payment at time of transaction.
  • Bank Transfer — To approved White Sky Travel bank accounts (WIO Bank or Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank). Payment must be confirmed within 24 hours of invoice issuance.
  • Cash — Accepted at our office only, subject to official receipt issuance.

Payment Conditions

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a written instalment agreement has been confirmed by White Sky Travel.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed. White Sky Travel is not liable for fare or rate increases occurring prior to full payment.
  • Any applicable taxes, surcharges, service fees, or government charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • In the event of a failed or dishonoured payment, White Sky Travel reserves the right to cancel the associated booking without liability.
  • All official receipts will reference the services rendered. Customers should retain receipts for all transactions.

Our TRN (Tax Registration Number) is 104143520500003. All transactions are subject to applicable UAE VAT regulations.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by service type and are subject to the policies of the relevant supplier (airline, hotel, visa authority, tour operator, or attraction). The following general principles apply:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to White Sky Travel via email or WhatsApp and acknowledged by our team to be considered valid.
  • White Sky Travel’s service fees and administrative charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • Refund eligibility and timelines are determined by the policies of the airline, hotel, or service provider and are entirely beyond White Sky Travel’s control.
  • Where a refund is approved by the supplier, White Sky Travel will process it within 30 to 60 working days of receiving confirmation from the supplier. White Sky Travel is not liable for delays caused by suppliers or financial institutions.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows, unused services, or services cancelled by the customer after the service commencement date.
  • White Sky Travel reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for processing cancellation and refund requests.
  • Partial cancellations (e.g., one passenger in a group) may affect the pricing of the remaining booking. Any price difference arising from a partial cancellation is the customer’s responsibility.

Non-refundable bookings (including most promotional airline tickets, visa application fees, and certain hotel packages) will not be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to visa rejection, change of travel plans, or force majeure events.

Part Two · Service-Specific Terms

Tourist & UAE Visa Services

White Sky Travel processes UAE tourist visas, transit visas, visa renewals, visa change services (airport and bus), and international visas (Schengen, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and others) as an authorised agent. The following terms apply to all visa-related services:

Application & Responsibility

  • The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents required for visa applications. White Sky Travel will not be held liable for delays, rejections, or bans resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
  • White Sky Travel does not guarantee visa approval. The issuance of any visa is at the sole discretion of the relevant immigration authority. Rejection does not entitle the customer to a refund of visa fees or service charges.
  • Visa fees, government charges, and service fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted, regardless of the outcome.

Processing Times

  • Standard UAE tourist visa processing typically takes 3–5 working days. Processing times may extend due to weekends, public holidays, high application volumes, or immigration authority requirements.
  • White Sky Travel is not liable for any losses, including missed flights or travel plans, arising from processing delays beyond our control.
  • Express processing may be available at an additional charge, subject to immigration authority availability.

Visa Validity & Usage

  • The visa validity period commences from the date of entry into the destination country (or as specified on the visa document). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they enter the country within the visa’s activation window.
  • Having a visa does not guarantee entry. Final admission is subject to the discretion of immigration officers at the port of entry. White Sky Travel is not liable for any denied entries.
  • Visa holders are solely responsible for complying with all conditions of their visa, including validity dates, permitted activities, and exit requirements.

Visa Change & Renewal (Airport / Bus)

  • For visa renewals or changes via airport or bus, if the immigration authority does not permit entry or re-entry, the passenger/guarantor will bear the full cost of the return/deportation ticket and any associated charges.
  • White Sky Travel will not be liable for refusal of entry at the border under any circumstances.

Overstaying & Violations

  • Overstaying a UAE visa incurs fines of AED 50 per day, plus an outpass fee of approximately AED 250, payable to UAE immigration authorities. White Sky Travel is not responsible for any overstay penalties.
  • In cases of visa cancellation due to overstaying or any violation of immigration law, White Sky Travel is not liable for any resulting penalties, fines, bans, or legal consequences.

Air Ticket Bookings

White Sky Travel facilitates flight bookings across all major airlines and global distribution systems. The following terms apply to all air ticket transactions:

  1. Booking Confirmation: The customer is responsible for verifying all booking details — passenger names (as per passport), flight numbers, dates, departure times, and destinations — both before payment and upon receipt of the e-ticket. Any discrepancy must be reported immediately.
  2. Fares & Availability: All fares are subject to real-time availability and airline pricing. Prices quoted are not guaranteed until full payment is received and the ticket is issued. White Sky Travel is not liable for fare changes between quotation and payment.
  3. Name Accuracy: Passenger names on tickets must exactly match the passport. Name corrections, if permitted by the airline, may incur significant fees and are not guaranteed. White Sky Travel is not responsible for losses arising from name discrepancies.
  4. Changes & Amendments: Date changes, route amendments, and upgrades are subject to airline policies and may incur airline-imposed fees plus a White Sky Travel service charge. White Sky Travel will facilitate change requests but cannot guarantee availability of the desired amendment.
  5. Cancellations & Refunds: Refund eligibility depends entirely on the fare rules of the ticket purchased. Non-refundable tickets will not be refunded. Refund processing may take 30–60 days depending on the airline.
  6. Check-In & Boarding: Passengers are responsible for arriving at the airport with sufficient time for check-in and security. International flights generally require check-in at least 2–3 hours before departure. White Sky Travel is not responsible for missed flights due to late arrival.
  7. Baggage Allowance: Baggage rules vary by airline and fare class. It is the passenger’s responsibility to confirm their baggage allowance with the airline and comply with all baggage restrictions. White Sky Travel is not responsible for excess baggage fees.
  8. Flight Delays & Cancellations: White Sky Travel is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, diversions, or schedule changes caused by the airline, weather, air traffic control, or any other factor beyond our control. Compensation, re-routing, and refund decisions are solely at the discretion of the airline.
  9. Travel Documents: Passengers are fully responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. White Sky Travel is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to invalid or insufficient documentation.
  10. Special Requests: Requests for special meals, seat preferences, wheelchair assistance, or unaccompanied minor services will be communicated to the airline but are not guaranteed by White Sky Travel.
  11. Codeshare & Partner Flights: Some flights may be operated by a carrier other than the ticketing airline under a codeshare agreement. Passengers should confirm the operating carrier and its specific policies prior to travel.
  12. Infants & Children: Infants under 2 years of age may travel on a parent’s lap at a reduced infant fare. Child fares apply to passengers aged 2–11. Age documentation may be required at check-in.

Hotel Bookings

White Sky Travel arranges hotel accommodation as an agent of the hotel. The following terms apply to all hotel reservations:

  1. Booking Confirmation: Hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. Confirmation is issued once full payment is received.
  2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a written deferred payment arrangement has been agreed. Accepted methods include Tabby, Tamara, UAE credit/debit card, and bank transfer.
  3. Security Deposit: Most hotels require a refundable security deposit at check-in for incidental charges. This deposit is determined and collected directly by the hotel and refunded upon check-out after room inspection. White Sky Travel is not responsible for the deposit amount, collection, or refund timeline.
  4. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the check-in date may incur a full cancellation fee. Specific cancellation policies vary by property and booking type. Non-refundable bookings will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  5. No-Show: Failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior written notice will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be issued for no-show bookings.
  6. Check-In / Check-Out: Standard hotel check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges payable directly to the hotel.
  7. Room Preferences: Specific room type, floor, or view requests will be communicated to the hotel but are not guaranteed. Room allocations are at the sole discretion of the hotel.
  8. Additional Charges: Charges for room service, minibar, laundry, telephone, parking, resort fees, and any other incidentals are the customer’s sole responsibility and must be settled directly with the hotel.
  9. Additional Taxes & Fees: Quoted prices may not include city tax, tourism dirham, municipality tax, resort fees, service charges, or government-imposed fees. These vary by property and destination and must be paid directly by the guest at the hotel.
  10. Hotel Rules: Customers must comply with all hotel rules and regulations, including behaviour standards, noise policies, and security measures. White Sky Travel is not responsible for disputes between guests and hotel management.
  11. Liability: White Sky Travel acts solely as an intermediary. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage occurring during the customer’s stay. Any complaints regarding accommodation should be directed to the hotel management in the first instance.

Tour Packages

White Sky Travel offers inbound and outbound tour packages including, but not limited to, destinations such as Georgia, Bali, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Azerbaijan, Thailand, Switzerland, and the Philippines. The following terms govern all tour package bookings:

  • Tour packages are sold as a bundled service. Individual components (flights, hotels, transfers, activities) cannot be separated unless explicitly agreed in writing.
  • Itineraries are indicative and subject to change due to operational, weather, or supplier-related factors. White Sky Travel reserves the right to substitute components of equal or greater value without prior notice.
  • Tour prices are based on group sizes, seasonality, and supplier rates at the time of booking. White Sky Travel reserves the right to adjust prices prior to full payment if supplier costs increase.
  • Package deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed deadline. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
  • Customers are responsible for obtaining all required visas for tour destinations. White Sky Travel can assist with visa applications but does not guarantee visa approvals for tour destinations.
  • Any changes to the package after confirmation — including additions, date changes, or passenger changes — may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
  • Tour packages do not include travel insurance unless explicitly stated. Customers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal liabilities.
  • White Sky Travel is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience arising from the actions of third-party tour operators, guides, transport providers, or accommodation establishments included in the package.
  • In the event that a minimum group size is not met, White Sky Travel reserves the right to cancel a group departure and offer an alternative date, alternative package, or full refund of amounts paid.

UAE Attractions & Activities

White Sky Travel facilitates ticket bookings for UAE attractions including, but not limited to, Burj Khalifa, Global Village, Miracle Garden, Dubai Safari Park, Ain Dubai, and other leisure and entertainment venues.

  • Attraction tickets are issued subject to availability on the requested date. Entry is subject to the operating hours, rules, and regulations of the specific venue.
  • Most attraction tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued. Customers should confirm their booking date before purchasing.
  • Venue closures due to private events, maintenance, weather, or government directives are outside White Sky Travel’s control. In such cases, White Sky Travel will endeavour to assist with rescheduling but cannot guarantee a refund unless the venue confirms the same.
  • Entry requirements, age restrictions, height restrictions, and dress codes are set by the venue and are the customer’s responsibility to verify prior to visiting.
  • White Sky Travel is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred at or within any attraction venue.
  • Photography, food, and behaviour policies within attractions are governed solely by the respective venue’s rules.

Travel Insurance

White Sky Travel strongly recommends that all customers purchase adequate travel insurance for every trip. We offer optional travel insurance products underwritten by authorised UAE insurance providers.

  • Travel insurance is optional unless required as a condition of a visa application (e.g., Schengen visa). It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their policy provides sufficient coverage for their specific trip and circumstances.
  • White Sky Travel acts solely as an agent of the insurance provider. All claims, disputes, and coverage decisions are handled exclusively by the insurance underwriter.
  • Insurance premiums are non-refundable once the policy has been issued, regardless of whether the insured trip takes place.
  • Coverage terms, exclusions, and conditions are governed entirely by the insurance policy document issued by the underwriter. Customers should read the policy carefully before purchase.
  • White Sky Travel is not liable for any claim rejection, coverage dispute, or financial loss arising from the customer’s reliance on a travel insurance policy.
  • Customers who decline to purchase travel insurance do so at their own risk. White Sky Travel strongly advises against travelling without adequate coverage, particularly for medical emergencies and trip cancellations.

BNPL & Instalment Payment Services

White Sky Travel offers “Fly Now, Pay Later” and “Book Now, Pay Later” services through Tabby, Tamara, and UAE bank card EMI facilities. The following terms apply:

  • BNPL approvals are subject to the individual eligibility criteria of Tabby and Tamara. White Sky Travel does not guarantee approval of any BNPL application.
  • By selecting a BNPL payment option, the customer enters into a financial agreement directly with Tabby or Tamara. White Sky Travel is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for its terms, interest, fees, or credit decisions.
  • The customer remains responsible for paying all outstanding instalments to the BNPL provider, regardless of any service cancellation, refund dispute, or travel disruption. Cancellation of a booking does not automatically cancel the BNPL repayment obligation.
  • Refunds processed through a BNPL transaction will be returned according to the BNPL provider’s refund policy, which may differ from White Sky Travel’s standard refund timeline.
  • UAE credit card EMI options are subject to the terms and conditions of the customer’s issuing bank. White Sky Travel is not responsible for bank-imposed EMI fees, processing charges, or cancellation penalties.
  • All BNPL and instalment arrangements must be fully approved and confirmed before a booking is finalised. White Sky Travel will not hold reservations pending BNPL approval.
Part Three · Business Protection

Force Majeure

White Sky Travel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God, natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, or severe weather conditions
  • War, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, or government-imposed travel restrictions
  • Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies declared by national or international authorities
  • Airport or border closures, air traffic control restrictions, or airspace restrictions
  • Strikes, industrial action, or labour disputes affecting airlines, airports, or service providers
  • Government sanctions, regulatory changes, or immigration policy alterations
  • Failure or disruption of third-party systems, including airline reservation systems and payment platforms

In the event of a force majeure situation, White Sky Travel will use reasonable efforts to assist customers in rescheduling or obtaining refunds from suppliers, subject to supplier policies. White Sky Travel’s own service fees remain non-refundable in all force majeure events.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, White Sky Travel’s liability is strictly limited as follows:

  • White Sky Travel’s total liability to any customer for any claim, loss, or damage arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer to White Sky Travel for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • White Sky Travel is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of enjoyment, or any costs not directly paid to White Sky Travel.
  • White Sky Travel is not responsible for the actions, omissions, negligence, or insolvency of any third-party service provider, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa authorities, or attraction venues.
  • White Sky Travel is not liable for losses arising from the customer’s failure to comply with travel documentation requirements, health requirements, or entry conditions of any country.
  • White Sky Travel is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer at any stage of the booking process.
  • White Sky Travel is not liable for any losses arising from the customer’s reliance on verbal information not confirmed in writing by White Sky Travel.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by White Sky Travel’s proven gross negligence or fraud.

Customer Responsibilities

By engaging White Sky Travel’s services, the customer accepts the following responsibilities:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information for all bookings and visa applications. The customer is fully liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information.
  • Ensuring all passports are valid for the required period (most countries require at least 6 months’ validity beyond the travel date) and that all necessary visas and health documents are in order before departure.
  • Arriving at airports, ports, and attractions with sufficient time. White Sky Travel is not responsible for missed departures or denied entry due to late arrival.
  • Complying with the laws, regulations, customs, and immigration requirements of all countries visited.
  • Conducting oneself in a lawful and respectful manner throughout travel. White Sky Travel reserves the right to refuse service to any customer whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or unlawful.
  • Reading and understanding all booking terms, ticket conditions, visa requirements, and hotel policies provided at the time of booking.
  • Maintaining adequate travel insurance for all travel. White Sky Travel strongly recommends coverage for medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
  • Monitoring flight schedules, visa status, and travel advisories independently. White Sky Travel will provide updates where available but cannot guarantee real-time notification of all changes.

Intellectual Property

All content on White Sky Travel’s website and marketing materials — including text, images, logos, graphics, pricing displays, and branding — is the exclusive property of White Sky Travel & Tourism LLC or its licensed suppliers.

  • No content from our website or communications may be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of White Sky Travel.
  • The White Sky Travel name, logo, and branding elements are proprietary and may not be used without authorisation.
  • Customers may print or save copies of booking confirmations and receipts for personal travel records only.
Part Four · Legal Framework

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including applicable federal laws and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

  • In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or any service provided by White Sky Travel, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation.
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
  • Customers may also lodge a formal complaint with the relevant UAE regulatory authority, including the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) Dubai, if the matter pertains to a licensed travel service.
  • These Terms shall not be construed to limit any statutory rights the customer may have under applicable UAE consumer protection law.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These documents represent official records of transactions. Customers are requested to notify White Sky Travel immediately upon identifying any discrepancies in issued documents.
