421 Arts Campus is a free, non profit arts centre in Mina Zayed (Zayed Port), Abu Dhabi, set inside converted port warehouses beside the Abu Dhabi Vegetable Market. Founded in 2015 as Warehouse421, it supports emerging artists from the UAE and the wider region through exhibitions, studios, workshops, talks and residencies. What is 421 Arts Campus?
421 Arts Campus started life in 2015 as Warehouse421, a set of old port warehouses turned into a home for the UAE’s creative community. It later took the name 421 Arts Campus and celebrated ten years in late 2025. In its first decade it supported more than 1,500 emerging creative practitioners, presented over 50 exhibitions and ran around 2,000 public programs.
It is not a museum with a fixed collection. The program changes each season, so what you see in October may be gone by spring. That is part of the appeal: every visit feels a little different.

421 Arts Campus works in seasons rather than with a permanent collection. There are usually three seasons a year: winter (from January), spring (from late April to June) and fall (from October to December). Summer is the quietest time, with fewer public events. Each season brings new exhibitions and a fresh calendar of workshops, talks and family activities.

Exhibitions feature emerging and established artists from the UAE and the region, often with new commissions made for the campus. Shows usually stay open for a few months, so you have plenty of time to catch one, but they change several times a year. Entry to every exhibition is free.

Places to visit near 421 Arts Campus
